Message :2. Vendor "B" forgot to do my valve cover gaskets, and remove the carbon canister ( they told me they would do them, since I had a written estimate). I also found some vaccuum leaks, as well as the fact that they crushed the plate in between the motor and tranny b/c they put it on wrong(gave me a new tranny plate).

**** We talked about this in several emails back and foth to each other. I probably respond to 50-75 emails a day so it is very hard for me to remember every detail of every email. When you dropped your car off I asked you specifically what we were doing to the car and made notes on the invoice as to what we were going to do. You agreed and we did the work. Then after the work was done you come back with an email from weeks earlier asking why the things were not done. I told you even though they were *not* on the invoice I would take care of them for you. *****

3. I brought vendor "B" a set of SS turbo lines to replace the OEM ones ( I believe this could be the cause of the turbo failure), but they did not use them b/c one of the Earls fittings was the wrong threadpitch, instead the cleaned my stock lines with parts cleaner and then blew them out.

**** The lines you brought were not even close to working so we cleaned and reused the stock lines which were in good shape. We also primed the motor and turbos before starting. *****

4. Vendor "B" put synthetic oil in my car after I told them that I have never run synthetic due to the fact that I have a JDM motor and I am unsure about mileage. Prior to this I had been using Castrol GTX 20W50 and told vendor "B" I would supply my own oil, but when I got there they had allready put synthetic in it and they told me it would be fine.

**** HUH?? You have Penzoil 10W-30...that is NOT Synthetic. ****

I know it sucks but I have a pretty good idea that it is a turbo problem. I have no problem helping you out in anyway I can but I can not be responsible for the labor for someone elses defective product.
